My modalities include Angelic Reiki, Dragon Reiki, and Usui Reiki. I offer in person, virtual, touchless, and a healing session might consist of a combination of these offerings. I also use light language for healings as I am guided. Healings can be done individually or as a group. Private in home reiki circles are available.  If you say to yourself,  "Yoga isn't for me, I'm not flexible". Know you're not alone.I too excluded myself from yoga assuming I had the wrong body type and lacked flexibility. These stories we tell ourselves often keep us from experiencing many things! Yoga is for everyone and every BODY. If you are excluding yourself, whatever the reason- it is likely that is THE specific reason you should be practicing. There are just too many offerings to exclude anyone. Yoga is love and inclusion.

Sound healing is a great treatment for restoring the natural flow of energy in your body. I can be used alone,  added to any session, or enjoyed as a group offering.
